How is participant anonymity guaranteed?

We never store IP addresses, emails, names, cookies, or device fingerprints for survey respondents. There is no login. No account. No way to trace a response back to an individual. This is a core product commitment, not a setting you can toggle.

What's a retrospective (then-post) survey?

Instead of surveying participants before and after a program (which requires two survey rounds and matching responses), a retrospective survey asks them to rate both at the same time, after the program. They reflect on where they were before, and where they are now. Research shows this reduces response-shift bias and produces more accurate impact data. Read the full methodology

Can I use this for clients with different branding?

Yes. Set your default branding at the account level, then override the logo, colors, and consultancy name on any individual survey. Each survey can look like a different brand.

Do participants need to download anything?

No. It's a web link. Works in any browser, on any device. No app, no login, no account creation. They tap the link, answer the questions, and they're done.
